  1. Acceptance of terms

Guppy is operated by FollowUs AI LLC ("we"). By using Guppy you agree to these terms and any additional policies we reference. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

  2. What Guppy provides

    • An iPhone and iPad app and website with Workouts, Progress, and Import. You can create workouts, record sets, and review completed sessions and progress.
    • An account is required. Free includes creating workouts, logging every set, your three most recently created saved workouts, the default progress view, seven days of history and your first video import. Older workouts and history stay saved but are locked. Guppy Pro adds every saved workout, full charts and history, up to 25 video imports a month, plans and skill progressions, video analysis logging, new attachments, and backing up your iPhone to your account so it stays in sync with the web.
    • Supported public TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube links can be submitted for workout import. Imported results are shown for review in the app.
  3. Health and safety

    • Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have medical conditions or injuries.
    • Warm up, rest appropriately, use proper form, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
    • You are responsible for exercising within your limits. Guppy provides guidance, not medical advice.
  4. Video sources and device videos

    • You may submit supported public video links for personal workout planning only when you are authorized to use the source material. Guppy does not grant rights to a source video or bypass private access, authentication, age controls, paywalls, or digital rights management.
    • You may also select a video from Photos or Files for import or exercise logging. Guppy uploads that selected video for analysis. A clip attached to a workout is stored on your device and can be copied to your private account storage by account sync with Guppy Pro. See the Privacy Policy for details.
  5. Video import allowance

Guppy Pro includes up to 25 successful video imports per UTC calendar month. An import counts when it completes successfully. Failed, canceled, unsupported, rejected, and duplicate requests do not count. The app shows current use and the next UTC reset. Your first import is free: while setting up your account, you can import one workout or create one yourself; creating one yourself ends that free import.

  6. Billing and purchases

Apple handles App Store charges, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for iOS purchases. When web checkout is available, Stripe handles web charges through RevenueCat Billing. RevenueCat manages Guppy Pro access across iOS and web for the same signed-in account. Configured web plans are $14.99 per month or $47.99 per year, with no free trial. An available purchase screen shows the current plan, eligibility, and terms before payment. Canceling stops renewal but preserves paid access through the current period.

  7. Data and privacy

The iOS app saves workouts locally for offline use. While you're signed in, account sync runs automatically and from Settings > Sync now: it downloads web changes and, with Guppy Pro, sends local changes to your Guppy account. Workouts are not mirrored through iCloud. Private account video files are stored in Cloudflare R2. Account sign-in, purchases, analytics, attribution, feedback, and video processing use the providers described in the Privacy Policy. A selected video uploaded for analysis is processed by Convex and Replicate.

  8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Guppy at any time. You can delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or interfere with its operation.

  9. Limitation of liability

Guppy is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Where allowed, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

  10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use Guppy after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email support@followusai.com.
